About Us
Our practice is proud to offer Precision Transdiagnostic Psychotherapy
This evidence-based framework focuses on universal drivers of suffering such as emotional reactivity, unprocessed trauma memories, lack of present-moment awareness, and anxiety-producing thought patterns.
Transdiagnostic Psychotherapy honors what truly matters most to each client: their unique set of personal beliefs and values. Therapy helps people engage in actions that reflect their deepest needs and principles, fostering resilience, emotional well-being, and a renewed sense of purpose.
In addition to Transdiagnostic treatment, we offer gold-standard, evidence-based therapies for PTSD, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Written Exposure Therapy (WET).

Individual, Precision-Targeted Treatment Programs
At our practice, we understand that every individual’s path to wellness is unique. That’s why we offer personalized treatment packages designed to address a wide range of needs. Each package combines evidence-based interventions with a values-driven approach, tailoring care to your goals and priorities. Whether you’re looking to overcome trauma, build emotional resilience, reduce anxiety & depression, or improve relationships, our treatments are structured to provide focused, practical solutions to help you thrive.
Our treatments incorporate measurement-based care (MBC), a method that uses regular assessments to track your progress and guide treatment decisions. By measuring factors such as symptom severity, emotional well-being, and treatment engagement, we ensure that interventions are tailored to your needs and adjusted as they evolve. This evidence-based approach enhances treatment effectiveness, improves satisfaction, and ensures measurable progress toward therapeutic goals.
