Clinical depth, not just logistics. Many Care Management services focus on logistics: scheduling, paperwork, transportation. We bring those things — plus the clinical perspective of a team trained at McLean Hospital, Mass General, and Harvard Medical School. When a question comes up about what's happening clinically, we can actually weigh in.
Hospital-trained leadership. Onto is led by Kerry Rivard, LMHC, former Program Director of the 3-East DBT Residence at McLean Hospital, with two and a half decades of clinical and program leadership experience. Our Scientific Advisor is Douglas Katz, PhD (Mass General, Harvard Medical School).
Integrated with therapy when helpful. Care Management can be a standalone engagement or layered into a broader treatment plan if you or a family member are also doing therapy with us.
Engagements begin with a comprehensive assessment so we understand the situation, the people involved, and what success would look like. From there, we build a Care Management plan suited to your needs — hourly or retainer-based, depending on the scope. You'll know what we're doing, what we're coordinating, and what it costs.
We provide Care Management in person in Wellesley and remotely throughout Massachusetts. Our Care Management clients come from Wellesley, Needham, Newton, Weston, Natick, Dover, Wayland, and across MetroWest. Care Management is private pay, billed hourly or on a retainer basis depending on scope. We accept all major credit cards, FSA, and HSA.
