Billing
While we don’t bill insurance companies directly, we make the process as simple as possible for you. Our team provides detailed superbills, invoices, and any documentation your insurance company may require, and we’re happy to guide you through reimbursement questions along the way. Many clients find this approach offers more flexibility, privacy, and choice in their care while still allowing them to use out-of-network benefits when available. We'll help you handle every part of the deductibles and billing process.

Care & Case Management
Some situations outgrow a single calendar. An aging parent’s care fragments across providers; a new diagnosis brings a wave of logistics; daily life starts slipping when no one is coordinating the moving parts. Our Care Management service brings structure, coordination, and genuine clinical perspective to exactly these moments, combining the practical work of case management with the judgment of a team trained at McLean, Mass General, and Harvard Medical School.
a flexible, hourly add-on
$175 / hour
Billed hourly — you only pay for the support you actually use. Available standalone or alongside therapy. A typical engagement blends several of the following:
Care coordination & clinical liaison — communicating with physicians, psychiatrists, attorneys, schools, and other providers so everyone works from the same picture
Medication oversight — reviewing prescriptions, tracking changes, and flagging concerns to the prescribing team
Healthcare navigation — finding the right specialists, scheduling appointments, and following up so nothing falls through the cracks
Coaching & accountability — between-session support on routines, executive-function and life skills, and day-to-day follow-through
Transportation & accompaniment — arranging rides and, when helpful, attending appointments as a clinical set of eyes and ears
Family meetings & care-team communication — facilitating conversations among family and providers, keeping everyone aligned
Benefits, insurance & paperwork navigation — untangling coverage questions, forms, and pharmacy logistics
Support through transitions — moves, new diagnoses, hospital discharges, and level-of-care changes
Clinical perspective — an informed read on whether what’s happening clinically is what should be happening
Most care management services stop at logistics. We do all of that — and bring the clinical depth to weigh in when a real question comes up. It’s case management with a clinician in the room.
Post-Treatment Membership
Continuing care, on your terms
Therapy at Onto is designed to reach a natural completion — a point where you’ve built the skills, insight, and stability you came for. But finishing a course of treatment doesn’t have to mean closing the door. For clients who want to stay connected to our team and keep their progress durable, we offer two optional post-treatment membership tiers.
Membership is not a substitute for therapy and not a lower-cost path into ongoing treatment. It’s an as-needed, flexible way to maintain momentum after active care — keeping a relationship with people who already know you, so support is there the moment you want it rather than starting over from scratch.
